Crismark homes sold faster than ever in the 3rd Quarter of 2019 with cumulative days on market just 25 days and they sold at an average 98.4% of list price, which meant there wasn't a lot of negotiating room for buyers interested in this community. Average sale price of homes in Crismark in the third quarter was $274,667 and the median sale price was $272,500. Price per square foot averaged just under $110/square foot.

CRISMARK: A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD WITH SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE:
Crismark neighborhood residents enjoy two pools and clubhouses, tennis courts, a soccer field, walking trails, and playground--a country club lifestyle without the country club cost.
One of the largest neighborhoods in Indian Trail with about 900 homes, Crismark homes range in price from the $230,000's to the low $400,000's. Average selling price in the past 12 months has been just approximately $278,000. Homes range in size from under 1,800 square feet to 4,000 square feet and feature three bedrooms up to six bedrooms. In other words... something for everyone from first time buyerS to empty nesters to young families.
The average age of recently sold homes in the community is 14 years, with some of the sold homes built as early as 2002 and others as recently as 2015. Builders in the community included a mix of both production and custom builders: Cambridge Homes, Eastwood, Edwards Construction, Dublin Homes, Westport Homes. Bonterra Builders developed the Enclave section of Crismark where home prices average just under $420,000.

The Indian Trail was founded in 1861 and its first roots are as a farming community. Indian Trail was incorporated as a town in 1907. Indian Trail is now the largest town in Union County. Lots of civic groups to get involved with in Indian Trail, as well, including Boy Scout, Cub Scout and Girl Scout troops, Lions and Rotary Clubs, and a VFW Post. Great park facilities also abound in Indian Trail. The Town of Indian Trail sponsors activities for kids, adults, seniors, and families.
