This is a good representation of how I feel on a good day. Being in the real estate business can be a ride on a Crazy Train, and I'm Puddles (sans the really good voice).
We have good days, bad days, better days, and days that it makes sense to stay in bed through the whole damn thing. But all it takes is for one client to give us that positive feedback, and we're on the hook for another nine months, yes?

Wow. I actually understood the lyrics for once.
Yes, getting that good feedback from a client makes it all worth it. My buyer this morning told me, "My whole family has had a distrust of agents forever. Not with you. You are fantastic." Wow. That's worth more than the pay day. And he has already referred his parents to me who are relocating to the area.

I realized my jaw was hanging open when the camera panned the judges and all 4 mouths were hanging open too!!
