I plan to highlight various subdivisions in the Kalispell MT area. I'll be sharing a bit of information about each community, and provide a link to currently active listings. Here's the first one, Glacier Commons.
Glacier Commons is located off of Whitefish Stage Road in the northern part of Kalispell. The community has many wonderful features include its proximity to all Kalispell has to offer. Glacier Commons is only minutes from Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, Costco and many other stores. In addition, the Flathead Community College, Kalispell Regional Healthcare, and several restaurants are all within a short drive.
The Glacier Commons development contains 82 homes on Glacier Circle, Whitemark Lane and Wheat Grass Lane. Building began in 2004, with the most recent homes being added in 2018. The community covers 38 acres in total. Homes in this development range from 3 to 6 bedrooms with square footage between 2,200 to 5,300 although most are in the 2,500-3,000 square foot range. As of 2019, prices can range between $450-600K depending on home size and amenities.
The homes in Glacier Commons all have city sewer and water, electric, gas, available cable TV and available internet/ telephone. The community also has a homeowners association, and dues are approximately $250 per year as of late 2019. The subdivision is covered by CCRs (covenants, conditions and restrictions) which describe requirements for landscaping, permitted trees, home colors, fencing, pets, driveway sizes and more.
