I am not one to get to the doctor often, OK, maybe years in between, as I feel healthy. Edging towards the mid-60's, and having the ability to do pretty much whatever I want feels great. I have friends that have troubles with their knees, backs and other ailments that prevent them from working in the yard, going for a walk, golfing, and many other fun things in life.

I am so thankful to be able to walk without pain, enjoy nature and all it offers. I tore my rotator cuff last year, but this year I can lift it up, just cannot lift anything heavy with my right arm. I do have a left arm, and it gets more use now! If that is the only ailment, I think I am lucky!
Many of my friends have to take a handful of pills every day, and am lucky not to have to take one pill, and have never had to take anything regularly. Don't even take aspirin often, as I rarely have a headache, even with tough transactions or clients or agents! Just go with the flow, and move on! There are times my allergies get to me, and have to take something for that, but rarely.
Hope my health remains good, as I have a few more trips planned and want to get a few places checked off the bucket list before I get too old to enjoy them! I know a few that feel they are so old, they are afraid of flying. Hope those days are FAR away!
Just one more thing to be very thankful for this month!
