Sacramento County Listing and Sales Statistics for October 2019

Sacramento County experienced a -34.4% decrease in number of homes listed FOR SALE in October 2019 vs. the same month a year ago.  For the same period there was a 1.5% increase in the percentage of homes SOLD.  Pending sales increased 10.7%  

Interest rates continue to remain reasonably low. It's a GREAT time to buy for those who are finding suitable homes.

That's a substantial change in inventory vs. 2018... I'm sure prices are up which is terrific for sellers and low interest rates is appealing to buyers!

That is quite a decline from the same period last time and it sounds like buyers will be fighting over what is available for them to purchase.
