Monday, Monday Can't Stop That Gratitude Flow #2!

Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

This is our second entry into Debe Maxwell, CRS November Challenge!  Thank you Debe for hosting this wonderful challenge.

One the many things we love about living in Santa Barbara is our airport.  Since our work involves visiting our clients, we find ourselves flying somewhere sometimes as much as 12 times in a year.  Our airport is 20 minutes from our home.  We can park right out front.  This is the view as one exits and the parking lot is right there .

Santa Barbara airport has direct flights to Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, San Francisco, Los Angeles,  Oakland, Sacramento, Salt Lake (the latest addition), Portland and Seattle.  All these airports are hubs for flights around the world.  For instance, when we few to Paris, we connected to a direct flight from San Francisco, and when it comes to Miami we connect through Phoenix.

The longest we have been in a TSA line is about 5 minutes, and we have never seen a line longer than that. We appreciate the minimal hassle, so we can arrive to our destination  fairly refreshed.

SBA  recently announced that it is adding an additional large jet runway to accommodate more flights, as well as  another covered gate to make it easier for those who have trouble with steps.  We enjoy walking on the tarmac, it gives us a sense of perspective.  Since the smaller airplanes have small overhead bins, we usually valet our carry-on, and wait plane side to pick them up.

We both are extremely grateful to have the airport close, and as much as we love going places, it is so great to come home to this beautiful city and see the ocean and the mountains.

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  In a time-starved world the attention span of your target market is shrinking.  To instantly convey what sets you apart from the crowd you need to be able to answer EACH ONE of these 3 questions in less than 30 seconds.: 1) What Do You Do?; 2)  How Do You Do It?, and;  3) How Are You Different?.  Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in less than 30 seconds?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

What a great perk being so near SBA. Lines no longer than 5 minutes, parking in front and 20 minutes from home...

Other than having your own private doesn't get much better.

Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland It made life so much easier than going down to LAX.  On the way back from there, it was tiring to drive with jet lag looming. I am still wishing for a ride on a private plane...I need to get to know the lovely Oprah who has a home here...A

Ron and Alexandra, easy and simple is what I like when traveling too.  Our airport is small, paring a breeze and no lines.

Now that is my kind of airport.   The airport in Lynchburg VA was like that but the connecting flight in Charlotte was terrible. The gate was always at the other end of the terminal.  When I fly again one day hope to have an airport like yours.

I so get this, Alexandra... one of the best things of living in Charlotte is our airport (after living my life in places like NYC, San Francisco, London, Paris). We are the sixth busiest hub in the nation, but it still seems like a "small" airport and very easy to navigate.

We are spoiled in Portland with PDX, it is a really great airport and we are relatively close to it ( around 20 min). In fact, it has won Best Airport in American for 7 consecutive years. With that said, we both really enjoyed our travel to/from the Santa Barbara airport for the reasons you mention.

Hi Ron and Alexandra- there's something to be said for convenience!! The West Palm Beach airport was like that when I first moved to Florida.

Funny story= when my friends were flying with their toddler who had flown many times- they were at an airport and had to enter the plane via the tarmac for the first time in the toddler's life. He took one look at the enormity of the plane and started crying and screaming and would not get on!!!
