Great post for this time of year I need to

focus on  what my why is a bit more this year 

Good morning, Grant Schneider more often than not, agents set goals and write them down... and they don't have a clue of how to proceed from there.... what's the purpose?  why bother? most have illusions of grandeur.... they don't have a shot at hitting those goals.... but it surely reads well!!!

Your words are always true and people would be wise to listen when they are trying to grow their business.  Finding the why is very important in getting the job done properly!

Good morning, Grant... this is it in a nutshell:

 We must have a greater reward, the emotional need and want, to establish a new habit. That reward will help us to replace the old habit with a new one which will yield a new and greater reward.

Grant, as long as we continue to work the way we know will produce, it will, patience is sometimes needed.

Grant I love the title of your blog.  I have not heard it stated that way before, but now that I have it is spot on.

What a great post.  I realy appreciated the part about making sure the goal is what we really want regardless of outside influences.  We had a client who was doing very well in selling luxury homes much to the delight of his family and friends.  But what he really wanted was to go back to his executive post at one of the Fortune 500 companies.  He missed that life.  And we loved it, when the company called him and offered a higher executive position, which he promptly accepted.  A

I remember in my corporate years, November was the time we set aside to establish our goals for the upcoming year. As far as motivation goes, it has to come from within the individual.  Some of us are able to easily motivate ourselves, those who cannot find it a struggle to be successful. 

Yes Grant. You must convince yourself. Others can be an influence...but it's up to you. I remember reading that being around positive people is a good way to be enouraged to do what is best for you.

I love this Grant! Having a Big Why and knowing your passion are important. I've always had a passion for Real Estate. From the time I finished high school, I was completely on my own financially. I worked and went to school to support myself. When I became a mom, I stayed at home and worked in a different capacity but unpaid of course. I went back to Real Estate not because I needed money but, because I needed purpose. It was harder to relate to the big why because it had changed. In addition to a big why, I have a big purpose.

Hi Grant I've heard this often over the years ! Lately Gary has been talking about  what's next for him as he's planning on retiring from aerospace next spring. It's been great fun to play and create about what's next.... I keep saying, he's your chance to be a golf pro!!

Good morning Grant. Coming to grips with what the goal is is never easy. That said we need the focus or goals are worthless.

Our dreams take shape and change shape as goal are accomplished on our vision board.
