Seventeen of the sellers granted the buyers closing cost assistance.  This assistance ranged from $500 to $20,000 with the median being $9,000.

There was 1 REO sales in Mount Airy during the month and no short sales 

 

October 2019

During the month of October 2019, 25 existing detached homes in Mount Airy, Md. successfully completed the sales process.  These homes sold for between $285,500 and $1,380,0005,000 with the median being $474,000.  The days on market ranged from new to the market (1 day) to 13 months (395 days) with the median being 1 month (33 days).  The median close price these homes was 100% of the last known list price.

Eighteen of the sellers granted the buyers closing cost assistance.  This assistance ranged from $1,500 to $222,500 with the median being $13,000.

There was 1 REO sales in Mount Airy during the month and no short sales
