In October 15 parcels of land sold on Maui with a median price of $600,000. At the end of September there were 313 parcels of land for sale on Maui. Kula/Ulupalakua/Kanaio had the highest number of sold vacant land with 4 sold properties in October. Wailea/Makena had the highest median sale price for sold vacant land with a median sale price of $4,412,500 in October.
Through October, 155 parcels of land have sold on Maui with a median price of $500,000 and an average price of $985,441. The median sale price has increase 5.3% compared to the first ten months of 2018. Haiku has the highest number of sold vacant land through October 2019 with 32 total sales while Lahaina has the highest median sale price for sold vacant land with a median sale price of $1,693,750 through October 2019.
