This property located at 35 Kaibab Drive in Sedona AZ 86336, is blowing up my phone. I have over 11 listing appointments scheduled and an offer in hand. There has been a phone call after phone call on this property. I was not even going to schedule any appointments until after the OPEN HOUSE but that just won't work with all the activity.
I had two prospective buyers "stalking" the property this morning. I am doing a pre-inspection on this property so that the sellers could be proactive and take care of any issues. Buyers really appreciate this type of this take-charge approach and should make the sale very smooth sailing.
I am so happy for my sellers. We have decided to review all offers this weekend and make a final decision then.
