Just off of US-31 this building is prime industrial real estate for shipping off products all over West Michigan and beyond. Just next door is 2420 Remembrance Dr, a 500,000 SQFT  industrial warehouse with 500 trailer parking spaces. built in 2019 this building is sitting on 22.7 Acres. These two properties are perfect for a business who wants to grow in the West Michigan market. Muskegon County has a unique location on the fresh water Great Lakes. A closed  large  manufacturing plant has such far reaching affects on an entire community.  From the employees who  may have lost their jobs -  to local community businesss ,amount of taxes collected etc...

Hoping that your marketing efforts will attract a buyer  looking to expand , bring a new type industry or even looking for a warehouse site (I understand that there is a demand nationally for warehouse sites) .
