For all of those who claim that it's been a slow time in real estate, this is a screen shot of the showings on my listings from the past three weeks.
As you can see, it's been a busy few weeks, which resulted in two offers.
Ya can't really ask for much more, can you?
I'm noticing that Mondays and Tuesdays aren't that popular... but dang, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays... prime time, yes?
If this is any indication, 2020 is going to be brilliant.
