California Real Estate Market Report October, 2019 Corona and Eastvale

Great Morning to You!  Hope that You and Your Family are doing well!!!

The Southern California real estate market was active in many Inland Empire cities and throughout the Southern California region.

Lower interest rates fueled activity for the fourth month in a row.  (stay tuned to hear this from the California Association of Realtors this week when numbers are released)

Lower inventory levels didn't help Buyers in the under a half a million dollars, or $500,000, price point.  I am hearing that interest rates which appear to be fueling the market activity and keeping inventory levels fairly low at 2 months in many major inland empire cities, will be the life force we need going into 2020.

Also, hearing from Harry Dent, all factors are now in place to have a major financial disruption in our economy.  Either way, we all need some place to live.

Hello Todd - when I left California for the East Coast in the mid-eighties and then returned in late 1988, it was amazing to see the changes that occurred in a relatively short period of time especially beyond the "Orange Curtain" where I grew up and lived for so long.  Eastvale is one of those communities that seem to have suddenly appeared and now it is quite vibrant.  Real estate is yet another example of our always changing and evloving world.

Good Morning Michael,

Yes, Eastvale is vibrant with lots of activity.  We are definitely seeing on many levels that the only thing that is constant in this world is change. THANKS for your comment, Michael!  Wishing YOU a Fantastic Week!
