I am beyond the moon happy that 12992 CR 755 Webster FL is now SOLD and closed! We began marketing this beautiful property three years ago and there were four contracts that fell apart the last minute.
The property has been recorded as “AG” and not many lenders do these types of mortgages. Although I warned each and every agent of this fact, they didn’t take me seriously. Then, there was an all-cash contract on August 28, 2018, which obviously didn’t close either.
