On November 18, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported an annualized rate of 404,240 single family homes sold in California in October of 2019 increased 0.1% from 404,030 in September of 2019, and gained 1.9% from 396,720 home sales in October of 2018. While, single family homes values down 0.1% to the price of $605,280 in October of 2019 from price of $605,680 in September of 2019, but rose 6.0% from price of $571,070 in October of 2018 in California. The average price for a square foot was $288.00 in October of 2019 higher from $282.00 in October of 2018 in California.
There were 3.0 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in October of 2019, lower from 3.6 months in September of 2019, and dropped from 3.6 months in October of 2018.
An average it took 24.0 days to sell a single family home in October 2019, unchanged from 24.0 days in September of 2019, but decreased from 26.0 days in October of 2018 in California.
