Here's our latest special Success Story from Danny Hacker, our Florida Branch Manager! Danny received a referral from a past client to help a family member purchase a home. Before joining Texana Bank Mortgage, he would not have been able to help this buyer because the property was outside of the state where Danny is located, the Sunshine State of Florida. Even more, it was over 1,500 miles away in The Pine Tree State of Maine! Danny can now originate NATIONWIDE!
This was an FHA loan on a 100 year old house (not always the easiest combination) and Danny was also able to help the borrower get over a couple hurdles during the process to get it approved. Another extremely happy borrower!
