On November 18, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that condo and town-homes values increased 2.9% to an average price of $473,400 in October of 2019 from an average price of $460,000 in September of 2019, and higher 0.7% from $470,000 in October of 2018. While, condo and town-homes sales rose 5.2% in October of 2019 from September of 2019, and gained 0.9% from October of 2018 in California.
There were 2.9 months supplies of available inventory of condo and town-home in October of 2019 declined from 3.2 months in September of 2019, and dropped from 3.1 months in October of 2018. An average it took 25.0 days to sell a condo and town-home in October 2019, up from 24.0 days in September of 2019, and jumped from 21.0 days in October of 2018 in California.
