Best Christmas Lights in and around Clermont FL 2019

If you live in the Central FL area or a frequent visitor, I’m certain you are well aware of the increase in traffic starting around Thanksgiving until the first week of January.
Surely, many come to visit the area Theme Parks, however, there are many who enjoy the smaller, local events. With temperatures in the 70’s you might think it would be nearly impossible to get in the holiday mood, however, that is not the case. If you are looking to see some holiday lights around Clermont FL, here is a list of some you might enjoy;

Light Up Clermont

This annual holiday tradition includes a community tree-lighting ceremony being led by the City of Clermont's own Mayor Gail Ash on Friday, and a Hometown Christmas parade through downtown Clermont on December 6, 2019.

38th Annual Light Up Mount Dora

Join us for the lighting in Donnelly Park and downtown Mount Dora with over to 2 million sparkling lights! Don’t miss this spectacular show with traditional Christmas Songs, dancers, and more. The event is free & open to the public. For more information, contact the Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce at 352-383-2165.

Tree Lighting Celebration at Lake Eola Park

Join the fun at Mayor Buddy Dyer’s annual Tree Lighting Celebration at Lake Eola Park. This free event features ceremonial first lighting of Lake Eola Park’s 72-foot Christmas tree, live music and performances, vendor booths, and The Daily City’s Food Truck Bazaar serving delicious bites.

32nd Annual Light Up Winter Garden

It's that magical time of year again! Join us as we welcome the season with live entertainment, vendors, shopping, children's activities and more on December 6, 2019, at 6:15 pm

Festival of Trees Orlando 2019

The Festival of Trees, now in its 33rd year, transforms the Orlando Museum of Art into a glittering wonderland filled with sparkling trees, vignettes and stunning décor for visitors of all ages, all available for sale. Light Up SoDo 2019

Hi Beth- this is the time of year when people are looking for where the Christmas lights will be in their communities. I remember when we lived in Orlando, there were so many places to go to see wonderful lights!!!! My favorite was, of course, Epcot!!
