Realtors Family Night

By

Tonight our local board of Realtors, the Iron County Board of Realtors, held a Realtors Family Fun Night.  We had it at the main street park in Cedar City.  Everyone that is a membor of our board and all of their family members were invited.  It was great some Realtors brought their grandchildren, their children and even their dogs.  We had a couple of bounce type houses set up for the smaller kids, and a karoke machine set up for everyone.

We raised money for our state RPAC by auctioning off some donated items, and by paying bribes to the karoke master to have other Realtors sing, they could either sing, or bribe the karoke master with more money for someone else to sing.  We had the board of directors cook hamburgers and hot dogs, then realtors brought side dishes.

It was a great opportunity to mingle in a relaxed, fun social setting!  No one got too embarassed, and I got the impression that everyone had a great time.  I just forgot to take a camera to take my "black mail" pictures!  Anyway it was a great event, and one that everyone that I talked to hoped that we would make into an annual one.

Tony & Darcy......it sounds as if it was a fun event for all and you were able to raise money for the cause.
