I havent been here for a while but here is what has been going on.
It had been a bit difficult to work on the real estate for a while because of a traffic ticket I waited to long to take care of by taking a defensive driving course online..wasnt too bad actually better than the first one i took about 2 years ago but I still dont want to have to ever do it again.
I am now able to get back to business as it were.
Although I am a bit frustrated with myself that I havent been as consistent in my work habits as I would like to be as far as my real estate career goes.
Since my last blog I have taken a course at the local Realtor office to learn how to work the local MLS, I learned a lot but It seems like a lot had to be squeezed in...probably have to contact the instructor again for a few things..but a good class none the less.
this week I am attending the new agent orientation at the Keller Williams office that I am with. Sort of curious what they will teach us for two/two hour days but I will let you know afterwards
I have been busy letting people know about my new career but I dont really feel that I am doing enough as far as that goes. As of know I have around 15 people listed in my sphere....I have probably another 20-25 left to contact that I havent spoken to in a while. The funny part is that I am sure they would be happy to hear from me..its just feels odd to call them after so long.
Thats good for now..I will try to make sure I dont wait as long to post here again
