The attached documentation is provided to help get a more clear perspective on WHY I am requesting an "Immediate Needs Letter" - The State Attorney General's Offices has demanded that I provide this "INL" for my Domestic Violence Case and Victim Compensation Case - to be settled. I was told by the AG's office that I can EASILY obtain this Immediate Needs Letter by SIMPLY asking for it from the local Police Department OR The State Attorney's Office. I have been trying to obtain this Immediate Needs Letter since 5/1/2019 to NO avail. The Miami Dade Police Department, as well as the State Attorney's Office, DO NOT know what this "INL" is nor do they care enough to help get it expedited. I have been trying very hard to understand what this letter is and trying even harder to obtain it.The Defendant in the Assault/Battery/Domestic Violence case is named Ramon Gonzalez and he and I were involved in a domestic relationship; He told the following "witnesses" that he would do ANYTHING to protect me; Thomas Ryan Cutrera, Charles "Mike" Love, Javier Bilit, Adil Rind, Anthony Cusumano, Andrew Sayder/Snyder and Jaime Ramu (In a group house meeting) Ramon Gonzalez and I - were living in the same house at 2541 NE 181st Street ○ Ojus, Florida 33160 - Owned by James V. Bonvissuto, Managed by Thomas Ryan Cutrera & Charles "Mike" Love.As a result of the unlawful, wrongful and Illegal Eviction; My property (Almost Everything I Owned Was Stolen)I am a pro se' plaintiff/victim in the Unlawful Eviction case, I am living on a meager Social Security Disability Check (Bi-Polar, Autistic, PTSD, Asperger's, ADHD as well as Chronic Diabetes and Stage 1 Pancreatic Cancer.I am seeking some restoration and resolution and am trying to move forward quickly - as I know my demise is imminent as my health both mental and physical is deteriorating. The Attorney General's Office has told me over the phone that MY Case's have been placed on "temporary" hold - due to the fact that I am unable to provide this Immediate Needs Letter. I have NOT made any request to close my Victim Compensation Claim nor the Domestic Violence Claim. As a direct and/or indirect result of the above-mentioned matters, events, and situations - I am now and since 7/30/2019 Homeless and Destitute.○○○ PLEASE HELP ○○○
