What Does A Luxury Home Mean To You?
That's the question a Long Island Buyer asked us.
Everyone has a different view of what Luxury means to them.
We sold a small co-op unit for $90,000 that the first-time home buyer thought was luxury living compared to the studio apartment he was renting.
We have sold $400,000 homes that the buyers thought were luxury even though it needed lots of updating.
We closed on a $2,000,000 property where the very nice buyers said to us "we will live here for a few years and then when we are making more money, we can really buy luxury"...
A premium price tag does not define luxury. It can be security, peace and quiet or being happy in your own space.
For us, luxury does not refer to the grandness or the glitter, it is about the atmosphere of the place and the experience you create, to it call home...
It's our job to find the right type of luxury for each of our clients - Whatever that might be!
So, what does luxury mean to you?
