Now You See It...

Tg dinerWe had a great home made dinner this evening for Thanksgiving. The only thing not homemade was the cranberry stuff.

Carol was busy in the kitchen all day preparing this banquet for just three people.

I felt guilty that it was all over in a half of an hour. I also feel very full.

I immediately headed to the stationery bicycle and the treadmill in the lower level (basement). Between the two I did two miles and 40 calories.... do you think that ought to cover it?

With only three at the feast I'm pretty sure I know what I'll be having for lunch for the next week or two. No turkey for Christmas please.

I am stuffed as well.  Diet will have to start again when the leftovers are gone.  I sent a lot home with the kids.

Morning Bob.

No sir, 40 calories will not cut it.  Maybe 4,000 or more will get the job done.  Have a great Friday

Good morning Bob. You commented about Tina before I could get here. That was the only thing missing. Somehow I knew it was on your mind. Enjoy your day on the treadmill.

40 calories will probably cover a bite of turkey. I'm glad to hear you had a delicious dinner. Enjoy the leftovers!

Hi Bob... I suspect we all overdid it a bit on Thanksgiving Day. The diet commences for me the minute my feet hit the ground in Charlotte late this adfternoon.

Hi Bob, overdoing it is a part of Thanksgiving tradition.  Kind of like my wife getting 3 turkeys this year!!!!  2 are still in the freezer.  She couldn't help it with the prices of turkeys this year (well, 2 were free) and I honestly love the leftovers.
