Fat Friday
No, I am not doing any Black Friday shopping. It is almost 10 pm Thanksgiving night and my family just left. That’s 10 hours of non-stop talking and eating.
I am talked out and pooped! This dessert table full of goodies is missing 3 pies and a large birthday cake (we also celebrated 3 birthdays.) No one was allowed to leave without a big doggie bag!
Loved it...had fun...everything went well! I don’t want to see mashed potatoes for a year!
I am not a shopper at all, but I just made a black Friday purchase, I got $700 in gift cards to the movie theater that my brother and I go to each week for $500.

I was so exhausted by the time I got my Thanksgiving dinner on the table that I wasn't really hungry. However, I woke up around 3:00 am this morning, and heated up a plate, and it tastes so good!

Good morning Kathy Streib that's a beatiful photo..... LOL... I'm making turkey soup.... I was at the grocery store at 7:00am.... bok choy, carrots, celery, onion all cleaned and chopped.... ready to be added to the homemade turkey broth.... plus I add apple cider vinegar to give it a little zing....

Hi Kathy,
I'm pretty proud of my eating discipline yesterday. 
I'm not a Black Friday shopper. I'm content to stay home and watch some college basketball and our college football Civil War game while working at the computer.
You need a day off after all that! Thank goodness for leftovers to make for an easy dinner tonight.

Ron and Alexandra Seigel We have an Ace Hardware about 5 minutes from home!!! We go there often as well as 2 other Ace Hardware stores 15 to 20 minutes away. They all have different gift and houseware areas as well and it's fun hanging out there while Larry looks for more "boring" things.
