Today’s View – Nov. 29, 2019 – New Market, Md. 21774 – Detached Homes

This is a market report for existing detached homes in New Market, Md. 21774.  At the time of this report (11/29/2019) not including new construction 41 such homes are on the market FOR SALE, another 27 under contract, and 12 have sold in the last 30 days. The Absorption Rate (Active/30 day sold) is 3.42 which is considered a seller’s market.

Last week only 1 was added to the market, 5 went under some form of contract, and 3 successfully completed the sale process. 

While the minimum lot size is just .06 acres and the maximum lot size is 1.2 acres, the median is .22 acres.
