Gratitude for Clients Who Keep Their Word
In Atlanta Buckhead Midtown and even the Westside, our wonderful Clients make promises which they sincerely mean as they are thrilled with the success we shared with them for their own purchase.
Today I am grateful to all those Clients who kept their promises.
The "One day..." story
I had know Gala for over 35 years. Every time I saw her, she would sweetly say the same thing: "I am no where near ready to sell my house but when I do want to sell it, I want you to be my agent." No one could have been more surprised than I was to receive her text.
"Gala here! Hope you doing really well and are happy. The time has come - please come talk to me about selling my house for me."
I wandered around my house that night euphorically because it actually happened after all those years! A promise fulfilled...
The "Parents" story
"Monica" always said she would be sure her parents came to me when they wanted to move from the country to the heart of Midtown - no driving from place to place any more - at their retirement. And in 2019 - it the promise was fulfilled! Looking around for second home for her parents this weekend! A promise fulfilled...

Mostly, reviews are the base for my Client cohort -- mid-twenties to mid-thirties. Checking a review is like breathing for them - absolutely critical. One way or another, the reviews are essential to have online, and, online with a reply from me whenever possible.
Today, totally unexpected, a Review from a Tenant whose rented premises I had shown. His review was above and beyond any expectations I had for sure. A promise fulfilled...
This week - one from each category graced my Calendar -
