November 2019 was an interesting month for Home Sales in Montrose Colorado compared with Novemeber 2018.
In November 2018 there were 49 homes that Sold with an average sales price of $293,800 The average days on the market a year ago was 108 days.
This November 2019 there were 61 homes that Sold with an average sales price of $293,600 just a change of $200. Th etrend for most of 2019 is for the average sales price to have increased by $20,000 year over year so to be almost the same either indicates a slowing in the market or just a one month oddity.
The average days on the market last month was at 120 days a slight increas from a year ago.
The inventory of home for sale remains at a low at 160 homes currently for sale.
