You might ask why I'm WooHoo'ing... Last Friday I called Verizon. They had sent me a notification informing me my 2-year plan was ending Sooooo I called them and asked what programs they had to save me money but keep my level of service. Verizon said I could get an increase in speed and a consolidation of what I had and save $20/mo. I said, "Do it." Then it happened...All of a sudden I lost the call I was on with them, all internet service and telephone service at the house.
I immediately called them back only to hear "The office is closed" It was 3:00 pm!!! Whattaya mean closed??!! I called tech support, they worked on it for an hour with no results and had to explain to me we'd have to wait until Monday. Thankfully I didn't have any Real Estate scheduled for the Thanksgiving weekend. It's now 3:15 pm on Monday and we just got service back...WooHoo!!!
