Nina, great reminders for homeowners.  

"Clean range hood" reminded of scouring a hood that never had been cleaned.  The owners must have deep fried every day, solid awful grease under the hood.  Not even the strongest degreasers worked, just scouring powder and steel wool.  Tried to soak the caked filters in degreasers overnight  - they could not even begin to get rid of that grease.
