It's my opinion that I can make marketing copy galore, mail postcards, blog regularly touting our services, but most of that carries little clout relative to the words of an actual consumer. Those consumer words are the best Thank You I could ever ask for.
I'm not always good about asking for reviews from our clients since that task is more about me and less about them, and that's just not my style. But I recognize many people DO rely on reviews to screen for their next agent, so I need to make that request.
So here we go, the latest review on our Google My Business page from buyer clients' Cheryl & Mark Smith:
"We recently moved to OH from NV to be near our daughter and family. With no idea what we would do for housing, we discovered patio homes, which led us to Bill. To date, we have had two failed deals...one on a new build and one a condo for sale by owner (pricing and structural issues). Bill has always been the most patient, guiding, understanding man through both processes. Response time is always quick, thoughtful answers to questions or issues, great recommendations for inspectors, etc. If we could, we would give him 10 stars. Highly recommend the team!"
Like many of our clients, the Smiths found us online while checking for housing options. They were moving from a Nevada patio home and liked the low maintenance lifestyle, and if you search Cincinnati patio homes, it's pretty hard to miss us.
And also like many of our clients, patio homes were PART of the search, but not a sure thing as being what they wanted. We toured some "regular" homes, resale patio homes, got a quote from a local patio home builder and worked with a regular builder for a potential two story home. We got this " " close to having a deal with that builder, but some large uncertainties over build time and a changing $$ value on the quote put that deal off the table.
Next up was a For Sale By Owner condo in a great Loveland area community. Things were going along well with an accepted issue, but inspection issues related to water intrusion, mold, wood rot and a wide difference in what the buyers wanted and seller was willing to do led to that deal dissolving. Earnest money was returned to our buyers.
Throughout the process, what the Smiths describe is what I consider "normal" service for us. Our clients deserve quick responses and thorough information. We're here to provide the guidance to help them make THE best possible decision for themselves. If that means a potential paycheck goes POOF, so be it. I get paid when we find AND secure the right home for our clients.
So whether you want to buy a low maintenance home choice or "regular" home, used or new, we can help with that. Call us at 513-520-5305 or email Liz@LizSpear.com and we discuss how we can best help you. And just in case you think this only applies to home buyers, we provide the same service to our sellers.
Serving Greater Cincinnati home buyers and sellers,
