My name is Natalie Bermudez, a local real estate professional for the Amy Burakovsky Team, at Keller Williams in Summit/Short Hills, NJ. I recently did a study on my personality and what makes me thrive in the business I work in. My results came back for connection, creativity, and conductor. So it got me to internally think, what makes me different, what can I share, and how can I connect with more like minded people to help them through their real estate process. So here it goes...
Connection:
I am very compassionate, I care about the clients we work with and work assiduosly to exceed their expectations. I am also a phone or in person communicator, anyone who "knows" me, knows I prefer a call over a text or email. I prefer the personal connection to best serve our clients. Email and text are the communication tools to keep everyone on the same page, however, it is the service in relationships that creates the lasting connection between us. I also really love what I do, I have fun everyday, I laugh all the time, and I bring that energy to all that I do. I believe in today's real estate realm you need all levels of communication to have clients feel appreciated, valued, and provide an untouchable customer service experience.
Creativity:
I am always working on marketing designs, touch points, and finding ways to further engage our clients long past the real estate transaction. Listings are the bread and butter to creativity via social media, email blasts, and blogging. Each home has a story to tell and it is our job to make sure it is told :). I appreciate being able to show my personality either through language or pictures. First impressions matter!
Conductor:
Working on a Top Producing real estate team always has the wheels turning. What can we do next? How can we do it? Who will take on those tasks to get the end result we seek? Amy Burakovsky dreams, I create the plan, and Suzanne Emrich and Michelle Sullivan bring it home :).
