Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 32, and last month there were 41. Inventory is decreasing! Currently for sale, there are:14828 Le Grande Drive Addison TX FOR SALE

  • 9 single family homes (ranging in price from $295,000 - $1,400,000)
  • No half-duplexes
  • 17 condos ($125,000 – $469,000)

Seven Addison homes sold/closed in November; 14 closed the prior month. The median number of days on the market was 48 days, and last month the median was78. The average number of days on the market was 50 days. The range in November for the previously owned homes was 6 days to 88 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes that sold is $176.95, up from the $172.10 average the prior month. The average list price to sold price ratio is 97.22%, an increase from last month’s 95.87%. There are still price reductions and offers accepted below full price, with few, if any, multiple offer situations.
