I love the quote, too, Barbara Todaro, just got a bookmark with it for my daughter. It suits her perfectly.

It always feels sooo good after the run Michael Jacobs. It does seem easier at times and first glance, to just stay in bed, to not run, or tackle *insert anything that may be uncomfortable/a challenge/take hard work*, but it pays off in more ways than one when do get up and do it. Thank you!
