Thank U 1st Service Title !

We are ohhhhh so fortunate to call 1st Service Title & Closing Services "our" title company !  In our 20 years of real estate practice we have...and First Service Titlecontinue to see...Title companies who often "don't get it right"...the first two ...or more times.  Whether it is a "simple" transaction or short sales...an estate....we know that getting every I will be dotted and T will be crossed correctly.  Sooooo it was our turn to treat them !

salad .  Our "everything but the kitchen sink" Salad was the first course.
A shortage of time made the entree and accompanying garlic bread not...home made...but from one of our favorite Italian restaurants...bread is "from scratch" as well as the lasagna...it is divine....and if there is every any left...great on day twolasagna...though that rarely happens.

No celebration would be complete without dessert and we talked to the Bakery to get their famous Hershey

chocolate torte with our special "frosting

wishes" included. No one counts calories in December do they ?
cake

We enjoy working with skilled and helpful partners that make our jobs sooo much easier and more pleasurable. If you work in real estate in southeastern Wisconsin...you could do no better than 1st Service Title and Closing Services.

Hello Sally and David - calories don't count in December???  Wow - talk about breaking news.  Or is that the sound of seams ripping?  I digress.  It's good to thank and show gratitude year-round...it's definitely not seasonal.
