Turtlecreek Township's Lakeside at Shaker Run: 1 condo high $200s.
Northern Kentucky move-in ready condos:
Covington's Tuscany: 4 condos from high $100s to high $200s
Burlington's Paragon Mill: 7 condos from high $100s to low $200s
Alexandria's The Shire At Arcadia: 1 condo low $200s
