One of our favorite places to visit - anytime of the year - is Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden in nearby Belmont. During the holidays, you won't want to miss the magical transformation of the gardens into a delightful winter wonderland. 

Holidays at the Garden

'Tis the season for the annual Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden transformation into a winter wonderland! Follow the one-mile trail with a million twinkling lights and fabulous, illuminated displays aglow throughout the gardens. You’ll enjoy live music performances, a holiday gift shop and special activities for the children.

Location: Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, 6500 South New Hope Road, Belmont NC 28012
Date: Daily through January 5 (closed Christmas Day)
Time: 5-9PM
Price: Children under 2 are free, $8.95 children 2-12, $14.95 seniors 60+, $16.95 adults (buy online to save $2)
