This home has had 2,930 virtual showings on TourFactory. This is just one website! During the first 6 hours on Tourfactory, there were 544 views. Offers started coming in the first day. I told all prospective buyers that we would be making a final decision by Monday, November 11th. This was 6 days after hitting the market. I also told them to submit their best and final offer.
I called the top contenders to inform them of they were our top choice and the 2 back-ups we would take. I called every person who submitted a contract of our decision after the number one choice was secured in a contract.
