I LOVE these condos! This 24 unit complex is currently undergoing renovation, and they're very well-done. They were converted to condos in 2007, and they're all 1/1's at 528 square feet. The upgrades include hardwood floors, Venetian tile backsplashes, stainless appliances, pass-thru bars from the kitchen to dining area, and a roomy bedroom with a walk-in closet. The HOA fees are extremely low for this area of downtown - only $165 a month. And the prices range from $155,200 to $157,200 - unbelievable! Not to mention, they're walking distance to some of my favorite hot spots - El Arroyo, Mean-eyed Cat, Third Base Sports Bar, and several shopping boutiques. The convenience can't be beat, especially since the bus stops right at the corner of 6th & West Lynn.
