The keys are waiting for you!Looking for a different style of new construction low maintenance living in northern Cincinnati?  M/I Homes Lifestyle series of low maintenance homes in Daventry at Summit Park in Blue Ash are NOT like other low maintenance living homes in the area.

M/I Homes low maintenance homes are similar to patio homes in that they're low maintenance in both building materials and the fact that the HOA mows the grass, takes care of the snow and does the basic landscaping.  But that's about where the similarity ends.

The low maintenance homes in Daventry at Summit Park are similar to the low maintenance homes M/I Homes built in Mason's Alverta and to future homes in The Enclave at Carriage Hill in Liberty Township.  So the biggest differences?  Instead of ranch homes, expect two story homes AND rear loading garages accessed via a common alley.  10 floor plans with 5 of them featuring first floor master suites.  The other big difference from your typical patio homes?  Size.  These homes are typically bigger, and offer more bedrooms.  These are NOT the homes of your typical downsizers. 

The other big difference?  These homes don't come cheap, but you ARE in Blue Ash and just a short distance from Summit Park (upscale restaurants, park, concerts and plenty more!).  Expect prices in the mid $500s and UP, with a lot of UP depending on options chosen. 

 

Currently M/I Homes move-in ready homes have six options (including the model):   

Austen A (4 BR 2 BA 3379 ft2) available 3/15/20 for $703,488 

Fitzgerald B (4 BR 2 BA 3274 ft2) available 3/15/20 for $696,288 

Fitzgerald A (4 BR 2 BA 3239 ft2) available 3/15/20 for $699,686 

Hemingway A (2 BR 2 BA 2586 ft2) available 1/15/20 for $710,047

Austen A (4 BR 2 BA 2279 ft2) available 2/15/20 for $726,296 

Fitgerald Old - D (2 BR 2 BA 3329 ft2) available NOW for $845,000 (model home)

 

M/I Homes can sell these or adjust price as they deem necessary. You can find the latest availability by looking for condos on M/I Homes' Move In Ready page for Greater Cincinnati.  Once you're there, if you see something you like, or have further questions, we're going to ask you to do the following:   

Don't register with M/I Homes, don't visit, don't call, because if you do, you risk losing the option of having a low maintenance home specialist agent working for you.
