No I am not dreaming of England or believing in a fantasy. I broke a tooth yesterday. After thoughtful consideration I opted for a crown. The dentist who had previously been sarcastic to me was actually good. She is not a natural English speaker and the bottom line is her communication leaves a lot to be desired, but she she is a good practitioner. From what I understood, which was about 50%, another filling wouldn't last because I have implants below. An extraction wasn't the best thing because I chew with this tooth and and another implant was too involved and costly.
This wasn't something I planned or budgeted for, but I thought since I am spending 5K for my Chico's surgery Saturday, I could do this for me. My car was in for an oil change which wound up to be a standard marker too, so I have some big expenses ahead of me. I decided to be grateful I could handle them rather than be sick about the money I am spending.
Time to make the donuts, and plan another trip. Life is short and stuff happens and so I went for the crown..............
