Lift off!

Real Estate Agent with Atlanta Communities 303302

As I was driving in to work this morning I was treated to a view in the sky of the latest rocket launch from Florida that is carrying the new Boeing Starliner space capsule. I looked up and saw twin contrails from a quickly moving craft. As I watched the craft staged and I saw a speck separate and move forward with a much smaller plume of exhaust. I almost rear ended the car in front of me as I watched this cool spectacle.

Why talk about this in a Real Estate blog? Well, for one it was cool, but additionally it kind of describes the way many Buyers work. The first "Stage" of their journey to a new home has all engines firing as they rocket through the available inventory. Making offers and losing out on some. Then they "Stage" and the cooler jets take over. They become more experienced in  the process and move forward not as willy nilly, but with purpose. This is when they likely find the home of their dreams and write a good contract.

Not sure this analogy is perfect, but I had to write about the cool sight I witnessed this morning!

Hello Peter:   I think the "lift off" analogy and process you describe is good.   A nice connection.   Mission Accomplished.

Being fairly close to Vanderberg Airforce base, we can often see the liftoffs from the beach as the rockets go through various stages, what a nice analogy.  A
