Here are the island wide Maui sales stats for homes and condos for December, 2019. The sales stats are for homes and condos sold on Maui through November, 2019. The amount of single family homes that sold in November decreased significantly compared to October. During November the median sale price for homes decreased slightly. The amount of condominiums that sold in November was slightly higher compared to October. During November the median sale price for condominiums decreased.

Single Family Homes:

In November 71 single family homes sold with a median price of $730,000 and an average price of $1,007,843. At the end of November there were 442 single family homes for sale on Maui which is approximately 4.6 months of inventory.

Through November 1,019 single family homes have sold with a median price of $743,000 and an average price of $1,085,161. The median sale price has increased 4.3% compared to the same 11 month period in 2018. The average sale price has increased 4.5% compared to the same 11 month period in 2018. The average Days On Market for sold homes on Maui is 134. Maui homes are selling for an average of 96.7% of list price.

Condominiums:

In November 140 condominiums sold with a median price of $497,550 and an average price of $692,377. At the end of November there were 500 condominiums for sale on Maui which is approximately 3.9 months of inventory.

Through November 1,482 condominiums have sold with a median price of $515,500 and an average price of $702,998. The median sale price has increased 3.1% compared to the same 11 month period in 2018. The average sale price has decreased 3.5% compared to the same 11 month period in 2018. The average Days On Market for sold condominiums on Maui is 139. Maui condos are selling for an average of 97.7% of list price.
