Niches in your 20/20 Marketing Vision

Real Estate Agent with EXP Realty 414-525-0563 57026-90 Broker

While Santa's Workshop has slowed down production at this time of year, ours in real estate is sharpening tools...adding information, incorporating vendors, broadening reaches and at the same time doing santas workshopsome updating at home which we incorporate with adding to our list of trusted contractors. The Master Bedroom is the January focus which starts with one of our electrician magicians adding lighting, refacing the fireplace, paint, flooring and furniture.

We review our niches and our primary referral sources in them at this time of year extending into first quarter as our calendar....and theirs allows. What can we do to better be of service to them ? We believe in an education based practice as do our referral sources. We learn what kinds of information and in what format(s) would be of the greatest benefit to them.

meeting  Our one on one meetings  have proven invaluable in furthering our relationships, seeking out new ones and informing our sources of new services available. They appreciate the time as we do their time in strengthening and heightening the level of service we provide them.

It's important to know in what formats and what kind of information is most helpful to our partners in business. It's the Medium AND the Message.

Hoping all your marketing messages in the new year have 20/20 vision and are well received.

This has been a marketing message brought to you by Sally K. & David L. Hanson, Broker Associates with EXP Realty, LLC honored to be of service for all things real estate in southeastern Wisconsin.

Is hindsight 20/20? Or it this foresight for 2020? I think it's important for both, as you mention in this post. In fact, you may have sparked a 20/20 post for me. Thank you for that...

As for education - yes!  I just wrapped up my continuing ed for licensing and spent more money than needed to take courses that help our clients - Multigenerational related, demographic related and tiny house/ADU trends.  We must constantly be educating ourselves about the niches we serve. Our clients deserve the best.
