This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 3.5 percent, new homes are up 8.0 percent and resale condos are up 1.6 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 10.8 percent, up 3.1 percent on condos and down 9.4 percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 10.4 percent and the sales volume is up 33.3 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 07 percent and the sales volume is down 6.8 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 3.0 and the sales volume is down 16.4 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 5.7 percent and the sales volume is up 2.8 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 6.1 percent and the sales volume up 77.1 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 12.2 percent and the sales volume is up down 37.5 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 9.4 percent and the sales volume is down 8.8 percent.
I am suprised to see that there so many zip codes up in sales volume as much as much as 77 percent the week before Christmas. It is going to be a very fast year in 2020.
