San Bernardino County, California Homes Sales & Values Report November 2019

On December 17, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values down 1.3% to the price of $315,000 in November of 2019 from price of $319,000 in October of 2019, but higher 5.2% from price of $299,450 in November of 2018, While, homes sales fell 15.6% in November of 2019 from in October of 2019, and decreased 4.0% from November of 2018 in San Bernardino County, California.

There were 3.8 months supplies of available inventory of homes in November of 2019 gained from 3.6 months in October of 2019, but dropped from 4.3 months in November of 2018. An average it took 38.0 days to sell a home in November 2019, up from 32 days in October of 2019, but declined from 42.0 days in November of 2018, in San Bernardino County, California.
