Today is New Years Eve 2019 - the last day of the decade. As I reach out to my existing costumers wishing them a wonderful 2020, I'm hoping for just one more sale of the year,
The St. Augustine Beach community of Ocean Ridge is nearly sold out. I'm amazed at the swift sales in this neighborhood priced from the 700's to over 1M. The quality construction by Riverside Homes and the close proximity to the beach sure was a winning combination!
