Village Greens is a community in Kalispell MT that provides golf-course living. Homes in this area are located at the Village Greens Golf Club property. The homes range in size from ~940 to ~6,000 square feet, and include both single family homes (many are ranch style) and townhouses. Some of the homes are located on the edge of the Whitefish River and others are located by the greens and fairways. There are still some lots available for new construction.
In terms of location, Village Greens is only minutes to both Route 2 and Route 93. That means it is close to all major Kalispell shopping, Glacier National airport, restaurants and more.
Village Greens has amenities including biking/walking paths, a picnic area and an event center. The community holds an annual Social Activities Committee garage sale. There are other activities which have included exercise classes, a coffee and donut social on a monthly basis to welcome to residents, golf scramble, Christmas dinner, Halloween dog parade, Oktoberfest Pizza party and more.
The community does have an HOA, and also has CCRs (covenants, conditions and restrictions). While there were multiple phases of development, and each may have slightly different regulations, some of the general ones include: No temporary structures or RVs are permitted on lots. Laundry cannot be hung outside. A maximum of two pets might be permitted with approval.
The Village Greens Golf Clubis an 18 hole, par 70 golf facility with views of lakes and mountains. The property includes an all-grass driving range, full-service pro shop and professional instruction. In addition, the club includes Lum's Deli and 19th Hole which has a casual atmosphere, flat screen TVs, deli sandwiches, turkey club, baked goods and more.
