Bobcat Trail Golf & Country Club-Bobcat Trail is located off of Toledo Blade Blvd in North Port. It has a 4.5 star golf course, pool, tennis courts and fitness center. 450 home master planned community nearly built out by Fero and Medallion Custom Homes. They offer one-story and two-story maintenance free homes and Mediterranean villas, with underground utilities, deed restrictions, city water and sewer. Most homes have a view of the nature preserve, the lake or the golf course.

If golf is your passion, you can play on the Bobcat Trail course. Golf Digest gave this course 4 ½ stars. It was designed by former PGA and Canadian Open Champ Bob Tway and architect Lee Singletary. ‘The Cat' course features a ‘risk-reward' design that offers a challenge to players of all skill levels.

Cedar Grove at the Woodlands-Cedar Grove at the Woodlands shares a community footprint with Cypress Falls at the Woodlands. Both developments and will add 2,596 more homes to North Port right next to I-75. Cedar Grove at the Woodlands is the section offering single family, one and two-story models by Centex. 

Cedar Grove is a comfortable deed restricted family neighborhood with the security of sidewalks and street lights, lush landscaping and plantings, and the added benefit of city water and sewer systems.

Charleston Park and the Villas at Charleston Park-The Charleston Park and The Villas at Charleston Park represent the best Florida has to offer. Charleston Park, a safe, kid friendly neighborhood, was completed first, then the villas were built across the street. Sabal Trace was North Port's first golf course community with oversized home sites and large houses, most of which were built in the 1980s.

Lennar Homes opened Villas of Sabal Trace in 2001, and most ho me sites are right on the golf course situated near a neighborhood lake.
