The holidays have come and gone. The kids have come and gone. Now it is time to work. I am waiting to sign on a land deal in about an hour. Then I need to find a home for one of my clients. Then I will try to list some distressed property. They said they wanted to wait until the New Year. All in all I am looking forward to the New Year.
