Setting the record straight on Seattle condos sales in Denny Triangle!
If you have been looking at Seattle condos in or around Downtown Seattle, then you may have checked out Insigia Condos already. In addtiion to SPIRE Condominiums, Insignia is one of the "go to" complexes for Belltown Condos and Denny Triangle Condos, so Molly and I were super excited to be chosen to represent one of the penthouses as their exclusive broker.
Insignia encompasses two towers and has two addresses. The North Tower is at 583 Battery St and the South tower is at 588 Bell street. In looking at the NWMLS stats, the average dollar per square foot in the North tower for all historical sales is $793.38 and the average for the South Tower is $780.69. The listing which with we shattered all records in the complex with is located in the North tower. In the last year the average dollar per square foot for sold listings is $955.13. The average days on market is 73 days. There have been sales in the North tower in the last year through the MLS. Molly and I sold Unit 4003. It is the highest sale for the year at a final sales price of $3,200,000. It also is the highest dollar per square foot of all time in the entire complex of Insignia at a price of $1557.94/sq foot. In addition, it was on the market for a mere 44 days compared to the north tower average for the last year of 73 days. It was truly an honor to market this property and it was one of the coolest Seattle Penthouses to show!
